We transitioned our business model to help property owners find long-term tenants, ensuring they could still generate income despite the lack of travelers. At the same time, our CEO, seized the opportunity to further his education and expertise. He obtained a Doctorate of Law, enriching our team's knowledge of the legal and real estate markets. This accomplishment not only strengthened our company's foundation but also provided us with deeper insights into the complexities of property management and the legal landscape.

Adapting to the challenges of the pandemic was no easy feat. We had to quickly learn, innovate, and remain steadfast in our commitment to our clients. In 2022, we re-entered the short-term rental management market with a fresh perspective and an innovative approach. This time, we introduced an unheard-of 10% management rate. We questioned the high fees typically charged by property managers and believed that owners deserved to profit more from their investments. While property management is indeed a lot of work, our mission is to build efficient systems and maintain excellent communication with our owners.

Instead, we established local teams in each area we serve, allowing them to work from home and be dispatched to properties as needed. This model not only reduced overhead costs but also provided flexibility and efficiency, enabling us to offer our services at a lower rate.

We eliminated unnecessary expenses and focused on creating robust systems that ensure seamless operations and excellent owner communication.
