1. Become an Approved Referrer

1. Submit an Application: Complete our Referrer Application Form to apply to join our referral program.
2. Approval Process: After your submission, our team will review the submission and reach out to you within 1-2 business days to finalize the referral agreement.
3. Confirmation: If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation from our referral department, officially making you an authorized referrer.

2. Submit a Referral

1. Fill Out the Referral Form: Once approved, you can submit referrals to your provided dedicated point of contact with the referral's name and contact information.
2. Property Review: Within 24 hours our team will review the referred property to determine eligibility.
3. Approval Notification: If the property is eligible, you’ll be notified, and the referral process begins.

3. Earn Rewards

1. Start Earning: Once the referred property is under our management, you’ll start earning referral fees.
2. 1% of Net Revenue: Earn 1% of the net revenue from the nightly rate (after platform fees) for each referred property.
3. Monthly Payments: Referral fees are paid monthly, by the 5th of the following month.
4. Increase Your Earnings: Refer 10 properties and receive a commission rate increase to 2.5% for new properties for one year.
