This plan also includes coverage for labor and materials required for replacing or repairing damaged items. While not insurance, our Property Protection ensures that you’re safeguarded against unexpected damages, allowing you to focus on what matters most—maximizing your property’s potential.

Therefore, we maintain a cap at 10% of your earnings, which we consider a significant amount but justified by the 5-star value and comprehensive support we provide.
